WHAT NOT TO BRING TO THE JUNGLE
September 15th 2015
Thousands of migrants have descended on the northern French port of Calais, all of them desperate to make it to the UK to start a new life. While mainstream politicians trade blame, a full scale humanitarian crisis has developed, with hungry people living in appalling conditions -- crime rates rising and riots breaking out as the migrants try to storm the truck parks and port zones.

A VISIT TO THE JUNGLE, CALAIS BEN SPURWAY
We offered 3 days of Open Floor workshops in the Jungle, Calais, for the residents there and some volunteers also joined in! We hope that this video will help to spread the word about the plight of the 6,000 people living in appalling conditions in the Jungle, including over 350 unaccompanied children. Despite the conditions, we really found 'Something Beautiful' there. No other song could do this video justice, copyright is with Alexi Murdoch, song is 'Something Beautiful'.
